| Basically, online ordering at BONJ is SUPER easy!
- Copy down the item code(s) of the goods you want and type or paste it under the section "ENQUIRY/ORDER" to us.
- Please state where you would like to collect your order. Collection can be done at these following areas
> Bukit Batok MRT Station
> At your school, office, or
> At your doorstep (to your house)
- A minimum order of $30 is required + a $2 delivery charge will be incurred. (NO delivery charge if order collection is done when BONJ is having bazaar at your selected collection area.)
- Payment method can be either bank transfer or in cash. Cash is most preferrable.
Comics/Manga Online Order:
- Due to our e-mail system is unable to decode chinese characters, customers are kindly request to copy or type your orders in Microsoft Word and attach them to your e-mail before sending to us. Sorry for the inconvenience! <(_"_)>
How long does it take to deliver to me?
1 day later after confirmation of your items ordered (e.g. Confirmation on Monday, delivery will be done on Wednesday).
Can i choose the day i wish to receive my order?
YES, you can! Just let us know the date and time you hope to collect your ordered items after order confirmation between both parties.
What happen if i'm unable to collect my item on the last minute?
Please sms/call the person-in-charge of delivery the goods to you 3 hours before collection time. There should be a mobile number given to you upon confirmation email.
Can i change my ordered items?
Yes, you can. As long as any changing of items order is to be informed to us during the 1 working day or a day before delivery.
Can we request special order like help us importing Japanese snacks not available in Singapore?
BONJ do cater customer's special orders such as importing Japanese snacks, and old title manga/comics books. Simply just provide us the Brand/item name and/or picture of the item. Email your enquiries/order(s) to enquiry@bonjapan.com.
